To Enter The Pageant:
Select, print, and complete all forms for your desired category and mail to the address provided.
APPLICATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BY MAIL ONLY AND MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN:
October 17, 2008
All forms must be completed in their entirety and submitted to the Miss Birmingham Pageant Director

The Registration/Entry Fee for the Following 3 Pageant Divisions is $85 per Contestant:
Miss Birmingham Teen
Contestantsmust be in grades 9—11 as of Fall 2008 to qualify
Miss Birmingham Ingénue
Contestants must be in 7th or 8th grade as of Fall 2008 to qualify
Miss Birmingham Rising Star
Contestants must be ages 7 through 11 as of Fall 2008 to qualify 
Miss Birmingham Scholarship Preliminary
Contestants must be ages 17 as of Fall 2008 and no greater than 24 as of December 31, 2009 to qualify
This category is an official scholarship preliminary to the Miss Alabama Pageant and as such,
there is NO registration/entry fee
